What are Villages?
A Village organizes volunteers to support members in their own neighborhoods and communities. Each Village provides slightly different services depending on what members want and need. Villages exist throughout the country.
What Makes Us Unique?
Our Village model exclusively focuses on gay women who are 50 years of age and older.
3GV's Goal
Our goal is to serve our members in Southern Delaware to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle as they age in place. We hope to expand our reach eventually.
Our Mission
3GV will focus on three target areas – Socialization, Emotional Well Being and Physical Health Awareness. We aim to provide valuable information about programs, resources, and services for 50-plus gay women in the community. We do this through communications outreach that connects like-minded gay women. We also host periodic events that address our three target areas.
Our Vision
We are dedicated to creating and maintaining a community that helps each other develop information about or access to resources and services that benefit all of us. Volunteers, members, and partners promote inclusiveness and well-being of our “Village”.

3GV Softball
3GV sponsors a team in the Rehoboth Women’s Senior Softball league. The league is for women 45+ who want to stay active. We sponsor the team for two reasons: to younger women in our target audience and to guarantee a weekly social event where supporters can gather and have an enjoyable evening. The league runs from early May through mid-August August. Play is on Tuesday nights. Our players and coaches help us with 3GV events.
